Return & Exchange Policy

We only offer store credit for returns. You may return most new, unopened items in their original packaging with all tags attached within 14 days of delivery for a store credit refund only. The item(s) must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with original tags still attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Shipping costs on original orders are non-refundable, unless in certain cases where there was an error on our part (ie, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return (2-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2-3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (2-3 business days).

If you need to return an item, please bring it in to our store location in Bentonville, AR or ship it back with your order number or the original packing slip. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure the safe return of your item. The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • All items that were purchased on sale or on markdown
  • Pacifiers, bottles, and teethers
  • Gift cards

We can ship to virtually any address in the US. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will receive tracking and can follow along with your order as it makes its way to you!
